Ingredients
- 3 pounds crawfish tails
- 3 sticks butter
- 3 med onions, chopped fine
- 3 ribs celery, chopped fine
- 2 bell peppers, chopped fine
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 pint half and half
- 1 pound broad egg noodles
- 1 large jar jalapeno cheese whiz
- 1 small jar cheese whiz
Steps
Melt butter. Add onions, celery, and bell pepper. Sure until soft.
Add parsley, crawfish, and garlic. Cook 10 minutes. To solve flour in 1/2 cup water. Add cheese, cream, and dissolved flour. Season to taste.
Simmer 30 minutes. Boil noodles. Add to mixture. Place in casserole dish. Bake 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
