Ingredients

  1. 3 pounds crawfish tails
  2. 3 sticks butter
  3. 3 med onions, chopped fine
  4. 3 ribs celery, chopped fine
  5. 2 bell peppers, chopped fine
  6. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  7. 4 tbsp parsley flakes
  8. 1/4 cup flour
  9. 1 pint half and half
  10. 1 pound broad egg noodles
  11. 1 large jar jalapeno cheese whiz
  12. 1 small jar cheese whiz

Steps

  1. Melt butter. Add onions, celery, and bell pepper. Sure until soft.

  2. Add parsley, crawfish, and garlic. Cook 10 minutes. To solve flour in 1/2 cup water. Add cheese, cream, and dissolved flour. Season to taste.

  3. Simmer 30 minutes. Boil noodles. Add to mixture. Place in casserole dish. Bake 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
