1⁄4 – 1⁄2 salt & pepper, to taste
2slicesbread, toasted and buttered. I use Texas Bread, OR
Chop the beef in to small bite-sized pieces, set aside. Heat butter in large pan over medium heat. Add the flour to the melted butter & whisk until well combined and cooked through, (about 45 seconds). Slowly add the milk while continually whisking. Once the milk has all been added, add the chopped beef. Cook, stirring often for a few minutes until thickened. Season with salt & pepper to taste,Serve right away.
