1.Cook frozen shrimp, in a large frying pan, on med-high for 5 minuteShrimp should be partly pink (slightly undercooked).
2. Drain shrimp, set-aside on a plate.
3.Add sun dried tomatoes, Fajita mixed vegetables, butter to frying pan cooking on med-high for approximately 5-7 mix, until softened, stirring occasionally.
4.Add whipping cream, cook until bubbling.
5.Sprinkle Kodiak waffle mix to thicken.
6.Turn off heat, add shrimp back, and parsley.Let sit for 2 minute.
7.Serve on cauliflower rice or basmati rice.Enjoy!
