We are totally vegetarian Indian.i sometimes use pickle masala in the making of parathas.today I made cauliflower with mango pickle masala.it was just yummy and mouthwatering


  1. 1 flower big chopped by hands like small flowers as you can see
  2. 2 tablespoons mango pickle masala
  3. 1 big long sliced onion
  4. 6-7 cloves garlic long sliced
  5. Ginger long sliced estimated
  6. 2-3 green chilli long sliced
  7. 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  8. 1-2 tablespoons salt
  9. 1 tablespoon kasoori methi
  10. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  11. 1-2 tablespoons turmeric
  12. 1/2 tablespoon vegetable masala
  13. 1 tablespoon chaat masala
  14. 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  15. 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  16. 1/3 tablespoon black pepper powder


  1. First rinse all the cauliflower’s small flowers into warm water

  2. Now take a pan roast all the spices gently for 4 to 5 seconds

  3. Now in same pan put some sunflower oil and roast cumin seeds and ginger and garlic

  4. Now after making this brown add onion and green chilli

  5. Roast but not too much just for 2 minutes

  6. Now add roasted spices one by one and stir for 1 minute again

  7. Now add pickle masala and cauliflower

  8. Stay at low flame and cover the utensil for 3 or 4 minutes

  9. Now check every after 2 minutes until it soften to break

  10. Garnish with coriander leaves

  11. Yummy and nutritious pickly cauliflower is ready
