We are totally vegetarian Indian.i sometimes use pickle masala in the making of parathas.today I made cauliflower with mango pickle masala.it was just yummy and mouthwatering
Ingredients
- 1 flower big chopped by hands like small flowers as you can see
- 2 tablespoons mango pickle masala
- 1 big long sliced onion
- 6-7 cloves garlic long sliced
- Ginger long sliced estimated
- 2-3 green chilli long sliced
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1-2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon kasoori methi
- 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1-2 tablespoons turmeric
- 1/2 tablespoon vegetable masala
- 1 tablespoon chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1/3 tablespoon black pepper powder
Steps
First rinse all the cauliflower’s small flowers into warm water
Now take a pan roast all the spices gently for 4 to 5 seconds
Now in same pan put some sunflower oil and roast cumin seeds and ginger and garlic
Now after making this brown add onion and green chilli
Roast but not too much just for 2 minutes
Now add roasted spices one by one and stir for 1 minute again
Now add pickle masala and cauliflower
Stay at low flame and cover the utensil for 3 or 4 minutes
Now check every after 2 minutes until it soften to break
Garnish with coriander leaves
Yummy and nutritious pickly cauliflower is ready
