I was craving sheesh kebabs but only had Vienna Sausages and some Indian spices. Don’t worry if you’re missing any, be creative! I was actually amazed how well these turned out. I try to use a garlic powder without salt because Vienna Sausages are already pretty salty. You can also make an Indian onion salad on the side for the whole deal.
- Garlic powder
- Red chili flakes
- Red chili powder
- Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
Empty water and prik Sausages with fork or score with knife
Add all ingredients to ziplock and mix up till Sausages are well covered.
Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes till crispy, or broil for 5-10 minutes and check often. Remove once golden brown and crispy
