Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lbs cubed beef – “stew meat”
  2. 1 package dry onion soup mix
  3. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  4. 14 oz beef broth or stock
  5. 1 can mushrooms – drained
  6. Salt & Pepper

Steps

  1. Add beef tips to crock pot, season with salt & pepper

  2. In a mixing bowl combine- soup, soup mix, broth/stock, & mushrooms

  3. Pour combination onto the beef- stir to combine. Cook on low 6-8 hours.

  4. Serve over egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes!
