Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs cubed beef – “stew meat”
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 14 oz beef broth or stock
- 1 can mushrooms – drained
- Salt & Pepper
Steps
Add beef tips to crock pot, season with salt & pepper
In a mixing bowl combine- soup, soup mix, broth/stock, & mushrooms
Pour combination onto the beef- stir to combine. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
Serve over egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes!
