Ingredients

  1. 100 gms dal chnna
  2. guard or kadu half kg
  3. 2 onion
  4. 2 tomato
  5. 3 green chilli
  6. 1 cup oil
  7. 2 tbs ginger garlic paste
  8. 1 tbs garam masala powder
  9. water half ltr
  10. 2 tbs red chilli powder
  11. 1.5 tbs salt
  12. 1 tbs trumeric powder

Steps

  1. Soak dal for 3 hours in water.

  2. Cut all vegetables into fine size.

  3. Take a pan add oil when oil is hot then add onion cook till lite brown.

  4. Add ginger garlic paste and tomato cook for 5 minute.

  5. Add red chilli powder trumeric powder salt and masala powder and add chopped green chilli.cook for 5 minute.

  6. Add soaked dal and guard cook for 5 minute.

  7. Then add water cook for 35 minute.

  8. Garnish with green chilli.ready to serve.
