Simple, quick, recipe that always pleases


  1. 12 fresh jalepenos
  2. 1 pack bacon (2 rashes per jalepeno)
  3. 1/4 block sharp cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 425• Fahrenheit & grease a baking pan

  2. Cut the ends off of jalepenos, half, and remove cores with a spoon.

  3. Cut cheese into spears, slice to fit jalepenos, and fill jalepeno halves

  4. Wrap bacon rashes around stuffed jalepeno halves, starting at the back & covering the opening so the cheese doesn’t melt out

  5. Bake for 45 minutes. Some charting is preferable.
