  16. 1 x Orange Red Pepper
  17. 1 x Green Bell Pepper
  18. 1/2 x Red Onion
  19. 1/2 x Cucumber
  20. Spinach
  21. Broccoli
  22. Black Beans
  23. Paneer
  24. Burritos

Steps

  1. Soak the black beans overnight. Pressure cook them.

  2. In a pan, heat oil and add garlic ginger paste

  3. Add all the vegetables and add all the spices.

  4. Once the vegetables are half cooked add green taco sauce and hot sauce

  5. After a few minutes, add black beans and lemon juice.

  6. Preheat oven to 400 F.

  7. Grease a baking pan, add enchilada sauce.

  8. Stuff some filling and grate paneer. Cover it with enchilada sauce and add place it in oven

  9. Once done, spread some salsa on it.
