Ingredients
- For Marination:
- 1 piece medium size telapia fish
- 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Green chili paste
- 1/2 teaspoon termeric powder
- Salt as required
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon coriender powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce
- For frying: oil as required
- For Spicy sauce:
- 2 teaspoon Finely chopped Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Finely choped onions
- 1 teaspoon Finely chopped red chilli
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
- Salt as required
- 1 teaspoon Coriender leaf fine chopped
- 2 teaspoon tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon green chili paste
- 2 teaspoon tamarind sauce
- 1/3 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Water
Steps
Clean the fish properly and wash with clean water throughly.Half Cut the both side of the fish lightly so that spices can easily enter all over the fish.
Now put all Marination ingredients into it and mix all side of the fish.After that keep the fish aside for half an hour for Marination.
Now in a frypan,put some oil and heat it on stove. Then put the marinated fish into it and deep fry with medium flame until it remains golden brown.Then take out the fish from the oil and put on a big plate and let it cool.
Now, In another frypan, put 2 tablespoon oil and heat it on stove. Then put the chopped onion and garlic with salt into it.Fry until it remains lite brown.
Now put all sauce item without chopped red chili, chopped coriender leafs and water into it. Fry for 2 minutes in a medium flame.Then put water and stir for another 1 minutes and put chopped red chilli and coriender leafs into it. Spicy sauce is ready.
Now put the hot spicy sauce on the fish plate. Fish fry with spicy sauce is ready to serve.Enjoy !!!
