  1. 1/2 cup all purpose flour(65 g)
  2. 1/2 cup light brown sugar(100 g)
  3. 3/4 cup white granulated sugar(150 g)
  4. 3/4 cup chocolate chips, semi sweet or milk(128 g)
  5. 1 Tbsp cornstarch (10 g)
  6. 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (75 g)
  7. 2 eggs3/4 cup(12 tbsp) unsalted butter melted (170 g)
  8. 1/8 tsp baking powder
  9. 1/4 tsp salt
  10. 1 tsp salt


  1. In a microwave safe bowl, add butter and microwave it for about 1 minute and 15 seconds

  2. Then add brown sugar and white sugar and beat it for 1 minute.until smooth

  3. Add vanilla essence and one egg,then beat it for 40 seconds. After beating add remaining egg and beat until the color of the batter will changed(white) and fluffy.

  4. Sift and mix flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, cornstarch and salt together.

  5. Add dry mixture gradually in butter mixture then mix then add remaining mixture and mix until a smooth batter..

  6. Add chocolate chips in batter, and mix the batter to the following consistency.

  7. Prepared cake pan: Grease oil in pan of 8 by 8 inch & lay parchment or butter paper and again grease oil over butter paper

  8. Pour the batter into pan sprinkle some more chocolate chips and bake it at (325 F and 162 C) for 25-30 minutes

  9. Allow to cool for 30-40 minutes.before serve After cooling cut it into brownies shape, serve and enjoy?
