- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- as needed Water
Knead smooth dough by taking flours and adding water as needed put some oil and salt to enchance taste keep rest for sometime.
Now roll round shape roti with help of roller pin and place on hot tava on one side and flip other side till floffy by making low flame to high direct flame facing.
Finally our hot fulkas are ready u can place some clarified butter ghee over it and are ready to serve with vegetable curry.
