  1. 1 slice fitness whole grain bread toasted
  2. 1/2 cup drained chickpeas
  3. 1/2 avocado
  4. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  6. Pinch pepper
  7. Sliced roma tomato
