This is one of my top two favorite family recipes. It has an addicting and unique tang to it that can only leave you begging for more. The only downside is it’ll keep you on the sh*tter for the next day. But it’s worth it!
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 8-10 chicken drumsticks or thighs
Combine all ingredients except for the chicken and heat over medium heat in a sauce pan until boiling.
Place chicken in 13×9 pan and pour the sauce in, making sure to cover the chicken with it.
Bake in 325° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve with white rice.
