Iraqi style of grilling fish


  1. 1 spoon olive oil
  2. Italian herbs
  3. tomato sauce
  4. 1 tea spoon salt
  5. tamer hind (Found it in Arabs and Persian stores as a sauce or thick liquid)
  6. lemon


  1. Wash the fish and add some salt and lemon and leave it for 7 mints. Cover the fish with tomato sauce and the cover it with (Tamer hind) then ad 2poons of olive oil all over the fish. Finally add some Italian herbs should not be more than 1 full spoon

  2. Grill it for 18 mints
