This sandwich is made by just boiled vegetables.its really good for health

Ingredients

  1. Half cup boiled cauliflower
  2. 2 boiled mashed potatoes
  3. 1 green chili chopped
  4. Small onion chopped
  5. Few boiled peas
  6. 5-6 flowers of broccoli boiled
  7. 1 teaspoon salt
  8. Pinch red chilli powder
  9. Pinch black pepper powder
  10. Pinch chaat masala
  11. Pinch rock salt
  12. Pinch kitchen king
  13. Pinch cumin powder
  14. Pinch chilli flakes
  15. slices Cheese
  16. 2 bread slices

Steps

  1. Take a hot pan put some butter

  2. Add all the spices together and stir for 3 to 4 seconds

  3. Now add all boiled vegetables

  4. Now mix well for 5 to 6 minutes

  5. Roast with butter just one side of two bread slices

  6. Set first cheese slice then mixture.now cover with another one side roasted slice

  7. Roast the sandwich with butter from both sides

  8. Yummy healthy sandwich is ready in few minutes
