Ingredients
- 150 g Squid for Sashimi
- 3 Table spoon Uni (sea urchin)
- 1 teaspoon Mirin
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sake
Steps
Cut squid into thin strip (5mm thick)
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, then serve.
