Super simple and perfect for seafood lovers’ food to go with nice beer and/or wine 🙂


  1. 150 g Squid for Sashimi
  2. 3 Table spoon Uni (sea urchin)
  3. 1 teaspoon Mirin
  4. 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  5. 1 teaspoon Sake


  1. Cut squid into thin strip (5mm thick)

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, then serve.
