If you haven’t already noticed, I do love my Crock-Pot cooking and today I’m featuring my instapot. We are currently struggling financially, so this is a “look in pantry and throw something together” meal.

Ingredients

  1. 3 cans drained kidney beans
  2. 1 package chili seasoning
  3. 1 lb ground meat
  4. 1 can tomato soup
  5. 1/2 onion
  6. 4 fresh garlic cloves
  7. Corn Dumplings
  8. 1/2 c frozen corn
  9. 3 tablespoons cilantro, teared small
  10. 2/3 c cornmeal
  11. 1 1/3 c Bisquick
  12. 2/3 c milk

Steps

  1. Put your instapot on meat setting and fry up the meat, onions garlic, 1/2 of chili seasoning til meat is cooked

  2. Add beans, soup, rest of seasoning. Stir

  3. Mix up all dumplings ingredients well

  4. Place on top of chili

  5. Make 7 round dumpling balls

  6. Cook on bean setting
