Ingredients

  1. 1 3/4 cups pasta sauce
  2. 1/4 cup dry red wine
  3. 1 cup shredded mozzarella (4 oz)

Steps

  1. Mix pasta sauce and wine in medium saucepan over medium heat until alcohol evaporates (~5 mins)

  2. Pour into fondue pot and add cheese. Let stand for 5 mins to melt cheese
