Tea is very much part of our Bengali lifestyle without which occasions remain incomplete. With a cup of tea, it is must to have some snacks to make it more florish,delighted and enjoyable.Traditionally,
snacks are prepared from ingredients commonly available at home without a great deal of preparation. I have make this snack(keema puri) with some ingredients which are always available in our kitchen.So sit back,get relaxed and have a cup of tea with keema puri as an evening snack.Take Love from Bangladesh.♥
Ingredients
- For Dough:
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon black cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoon soyabean oil
- Salt as required
- Water as required
- For stuffing:
- 2 cup mince/keema
- 2 teaspoon green chilli paste
- 2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoon chopped coriender leafs
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriender powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black paper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon termeric powder
- Salt as required
- For frying :oil as required
Steps
In a bowl, add flour,salt,cumin seeds,oil and rub it properly with hand.Now add water gradually into it and knead it to make proper soft and fluffy dough.cover it for half an hour and keep aside.
Now In a bowl, add all the stuffed ingredients and mix them well.
Now take small portion of the dough and make round ball out of it flatten it and put some stuffing on it and make round ball and roll it to give them shape as like roti.
Drop the roties in pre-heated oil and fry from both sides till it remains golden brown.Then take it out from oil.with this process, make all puries and serve with tea.
