1. 12 Pieces Frozen rice kibah
  2. 11/2 tub yogurt
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1 TSP salt
  5. 1 tablespoon corn starch
  6. 1 tablespoon dry mint


  1. Mix yogurt well with egg salt corn starch while still cold boil gentle stirring constantly until it is Rich creamy resembling gravy

  2. Drop frozen kibbeh ball in cover and cook over medium heat for over 30 minutes

  3. For extra kick sprinkle crushed dried mint on top
