Recipe copied from Plain Chicken.
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken
- 1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheeze
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9×13 in pan with cooking spray & set it aside.
Cook spaghetti by referring to the instructions on the box. Drain.
Combine spaghetti, cottage cheese, cream cheese, & sour cream. Spread it into the pan.
Spread chicken on top of the pasta. Top it with Alfredo sauce.
Sprinkle parmesan & mozzarella on top of the casserole.
Bake uncovered for 35-40 min.
