This is recipe on the go too. I just pick whatever left herbs in my fridge.and mixed and match here and there.So this dish came out of it. Of course it seem not worth it because the flesh is so small. But well it is nice to have it tiny bit can try with other seafood too(shell seafood)
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Prep all your ingredients and herbs.Ex.like below in the picture.heat your cooking pot and oil,then fry them herbs until fragrance.and I add in bit amount of coriander to get the fragrance. First I boil my mussels to get rid of the fishy smell and avoid cooking longer time.
Last add in your mussels and the rest of coriander and stir well. Add in abit of water to get your sauce mixed well.add in your sauce.and sugar. Keep stir about 5-8m.until done.happy try
