Ingredients

  1. 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 1/2 tsp tumeric
  4. 1 tsp coriander powder
  5. 40 gm Whole spices
  6. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 1/2 cup Ghee/ oil
  8. 2 tbsp Almond Paste
  9. 1 cup yogurt

Steps

  1. Add oil in pan and add mutton with ginger galic paste and salt, fry for 1 mint then add 2 glass water,cook untill mutton half done and water will be dry.

  2. Blend the yogurt with red chili powder,coriander powder,turmeric, almond paste and fried onion.

  3. Now add whole spices and paste that we have made, cook for more 15 mints on low flame

  4. Qorma is ready to serve.
