1. 2 chicken thigh
  2. 1 small carrot
  3. 2 potato
  4. Half onion
  5. 1 small pack coconut milk
  6. Curry sauce


  1. Fry the chicken then set aside.

  2. Stir fry carrot and potato. Until potato turns golden brown. Set aside

  3. Stir fry onion then add chicken, chicken and veges. Add curry sauce and a little water. Cover and simmer.

  4. Lastly the coconut milk and season for taste. Simmer again until cook
