Ingredients

  1. 4 cups flower
  2. 1 cup powder milk
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 3 cups water
  5. 1/2 cup shortening
  6. 1 tablespoon baking powder
  7. 1 teaspoon salt
  8. 3 eggs

Steps

  1. Add dry ingredients together and mix well

  2. Then start adding the wet ingredient and mix together well.

  3. Batter should look lumpy and a little runny.

  4. Then heat cooking pan and add mix to pan. Cook until golden brown and then flip over. Cook until golden drown remove and eat.
