An old farmer’s almanac recipe. It’s a drink for replacing electrolytes and if it’s consumed over time it is a natural bug repellent due to the apple cider vinegar.
- 1 gallon water divided
- 1-1/2 cups molasses
- 1/3 cup raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon grated/minced ginger
Take 1 cup of water and boil the ginger for 10 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients together don’t strain.
You can chill stir before serving, or serve at room temperature drinking throughout the day.
Very good when you drink on a regular basis to repel biting insects. Also replaces electrolytes., naturally. I hope you enjoy!!
