  1. Half an Onion
  2. 2 Bell Peppers
  3. Wraps or Pitas
  4. Fresh Garlic
  5. Tomatos
  6. Hummus
  7. Cayenne Pepper
  8. Various spices
  9. Falafel


  1. Chop half of Onion and Peppers and put into a preheated wok or frying pan.

  2. Add garlic, cayenne pepper and various spices. Saute and season again.

  3. Add Falafel and a tiny bit of water, cover snd let simmer.

  4. Add hummus to wrap. Pour desired amount of onion and peppers into wrap and enjoy
