- Half an Onion
- 2 Bell Peppers
- Wraps or Pitas
- Fresh Garlic
- Cayenne Pepper
- Various spices
Chop half of Onion and Peppers and put into a preheated wok or frying pan.
Add garlic, cayenne pepper and various spices. Saute and season again.
Add Falafel and a tiny bit of water, cover snd let simmer.
Add hummus to wrap. Pour desired amount of onion and peppers into wrap and enjoy
