Our own version of the classic Chinese Chicken Wings. Simple as we usually like to do our recipes.

We like wings with a strong flavor. When you grill them, the mix of the seasoning with the charcoal aroma is just unbelievable.

  1. 2 Pounds Chicken Wings
  2. 3 Oz. Garlic Paste
  3. 2 Oz. Heavy Soy Sauce
  4. 2 Tablespoons Garlic Sesame Oil
  5. 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  6. To Taste Salt


  1. Wash the Chicken Wings with plenty of water. Add all the ingredients and Salt to taste.

  2. Mix very well. Cut the tips of the wings as shown in the picture. Let them rest inside the fridge for 1 hour.

  3. Grill at medium heat for 15 min on each side.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
