Ingredients

  1. 8-10 dices of Indian paneer
  2. 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  3. Few cashew soaked and make its paste
  4. 2 green chilli
  5. 5 big red tomatoes chopped
  6. 1 tablespoon salt
  7. Pinch black pepper powder
  8. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric
  9. 1/3 tablespoon red chilli powder
  10. 1 tablespoon kitchen king
  11. 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder
  12. 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  13. 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder

Steps

  1. Take a pan out some butter or oil and roast cumin seeds

  2. After making brown add grated ginger

  3. Again roast for 1 minute and add tomatoes now add all the spices and green chilli

  4. Stir on low flame for 7 to 8 minutes and by covering and checking after 2 minutes make a masala

  5. In the end add diced Indian paneer

  6. Yummy mouthwatering paneer salsa is ready
