My brothers finance found a apercot cier recipe and asked me to it with peaches. I doteres it up bit. Cinnamon and vanilla are not in the main recipe. It was really good and every one loved it. I would recommend trying it before subbing anything unless you hate one if the fruits.


  1. Fruit filling
  2. 1 lbs cherries
  3. 2 sticks butter
  4. 3 lbs peaches
  5. 12 tsp sugar
  6. 4 tbsp flour
  7. 1 pinch nutmeg
  8. 1 tsp cinnamon
  9. 1 tsp vanilla
  10. Topping
  11. 24 tbsp turbinado or reg sugar
  12. 2 cups flour
  13. 8 tbsp sliced almonds
  14. 2 pieces salt
  15. 2 cups oats
  16. Serve with
  17. Vanilla ice cream (recommended)

  19. Turbinado sugar is recommend
  20. Can sub any stone fruit


  1. Pit the cherries put in a mixing bowle. Pit And peel peaches the cut in 4ths. Add the sugar, flour and nutmeg. Mix till combine. Add to 12×13 baking dish set aside

  2. Preheat oven to 400°f

  3. Melt butter over stove or in microwave.add to A mixing bowl.

  4. Add, oats, sugar, flour,almonds and salt mix with spoon till the butters asobed. Use hands to combine. (Infoubd using hands was easier) add to fruit. Bake for 40-60 min. (I think it was in the oven about 45 or 50 min)

  5. Serve warm with 2 scoops vanilla ice cream and enjoy
