    DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Prepare 4 sheets of foil.
  • make 1/4 lb patties with ground beef.
  • Quarter onion.
  • Cut carrots in 1 inch chunks or use several baby carrots.
  • Cut potatoes in chunks or slices.
  • Place onions, mushrooms, carrots, potatoes and ground beef in the center of the foil. Add a little water in to steam packets.Wrap up the foil and place in backing pan or cookie sheet.Bake 40-50 mins at 400°FYum!
