New recipe-try for my picky eater

Ingredients

  1. 1 potato
  2. 2 TB Mozzarella cheese little flakes
  3. to taste Salt
  4. to taste Black pepper
  5. 1/6 tbs garlic ginger paste
  6. 1 TB cornflour and little bit for coating

Steps

  1. Boil and mash potato

  2. Add cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and ginger paste.

  3. Make smooth dough by adding corn flour

  4. Make little kababs shape and coat with cornflour.

  5. Fry and serve with tomato ketchup.
