- Waxy potatoes
- Onion
- Olive oil

- Brown sugar

Steps
Grate waxy potatoes
Grate onion
Mix together, add spices, olive oil
Drain all liquid
Heat pan, add olive oil
Lay grated potatoes around the pan, let them cook for 1 min
Add slabs of butter around edges of hashbrown
Use plate to flip
Cook until golden and crispy
Heat pan and add olive oil
Put brown sugar in pan, lay bacon in pan
Sprinkle pepper on top of bacon
