1. Waxy potatoes

  3. Olive oil
  4. Salt
  5. Bacon
  6. Brown sugar
  7. Pepper
  8. Butter


  1. Grate waxy potatoes

  2. Grate onion

  3. Mix together, add spices, olive oil

  4. Drain all liquid

  5. Heat pan, add olive oil

  6. Lay grated potatoes around the pan, let them cook for 1 min

  7. Add slabs of butter around edges of hashbrown

  8. Use plate to flip

  9. Cook until golden and crispy

  10. Heat pan and add olive oil

  11. Put brown sugar in pan, lay bacon in pan

  12. Sprinkle pepper on top of bacon
