Ingredients

  1. 130 grams Lamb fillet
  2. 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
  3. 1 sprint Rosmary
  4. 3 leaves Mint
  5. 3 table Olive oil
  6. 1 pinch Salt
  7. Mint Yogurt
  8. 2 springs mint, finely chopped
  9. 2 tablespoon Greek Yogurt
  10. Half teaspoon salt
  11. 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  12. Pepper as preferred

Steps

  1. Put diced lamb, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, mint into ziplock bag for 2 hours before BBQ

  2. Mix all ingredients of the mint yogurt

  3. Skewer the lamb using the stem of rosemary. Put them in BBQ oven for 10 mins. Serve with mint yogurt. Voilà ❤️
