Ingredients
- 130 grams Lamb fillet
- 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 sprint Rosmary
- 3 leaves Mint
- 3 table Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- Mint Yogurt
- 2 springs mint, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Greek Yogurt
- Half teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Pepper as preferred
Steps
Put diced lamb, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, mint into ziplock bag for 2 hours before BBQ
Mix all ingredients of the mint yogurt
Skewer the lamb using the stem of rosemary. Put them in BBQ oven for 10 mins. Serve with mint yogurt. Voilà ❤️
