Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup Saabudana :
  2. Milk:0.5cup
  3. cup Sugar:0.25
  4. Ghee

Steps

  1. Soak saabudana in water for 30+ mins

  2. Boil milk and add saabudana. Let it boil till it becomes transparent. Add sugar as well

  3. Add kesar(saffron) soaked in milk for sometime + cashew, raisins fried in ghee + gasgase (poppy seeds)+ elakki(cardamom). Let it boil for minimum 20 mins.
