Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh Tomato
- 1/4 th cup Canned tomato paste
- 1/2 of medium sized Jalapeño pepper
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/3 rd cup Onion
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 1/2 tsp Brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp margarine/olive oil
Steps
Coarse Blend everything except margarine/olive-oil.
Heat oil in sauce pan and add the blend. Cook for 2-3min and cool down.
Ready to serve with nachos.
