Ingredients

  1. 3 cups fresh Tomato
  2. 1/4 th cup Canned tomato paste
  3. 1/2 of medium sized Jalapeño pepper
  4. 3 cloves Garlic
  5. 1/3 rd cup Onion
  6. 1 bunch Cilantro
  7. 1/2 tsp Brown sugar
  8. 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  9. to taste Salt
  10. 1/2 tsp margarine/olive oil

Steps

  1. Coarse Blend everything except margarine/olive-oil.

  2. Heat oil in sauce pan and add the blend. Cook for 2-3min and cool down.

  3. Ready to serve with nachos.
