- 1 tbsp red wine/rhum/soda
- 1 green onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- Dipping Sauce
- 1/4 cup doenjang
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 stalk minced green onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Steps
Serve the dip with rice and lettuce, or with meat BBQ. Done!
