Ingredients
- Olive Oil for sautéing Lamb
- 8 oz Ground Lamb
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- Dash or so of Dill Weed, Fennel Seed and, a good dash of Mint
- Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper
- For the toppings: Greek Cucumber Sauce, thin-sliced Red Onion, diced fresh Tomato, and Kalamata Olives
- 2 large Flour Tortillas
Steps
Oil a medium pan, crumble the Lamb, and stir in the seasoning. Cook until lightly brown
Place meat in Tortilla and put topping on as desired.
