1. Olive Oil for sautéing Lamb
  2. 8 oz Ground Lamb
  3. 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  4. Dash or so of Dill Weed, Fennel Seed and, a good dash of Mint
  5. Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper
  6. For the toppings: Greek Cucumber Sauce, thin-sliced Red Onion, diced fresh Tomato, and Kalamata Olives
  7. 2 large Flour Tortillas


  1. Oil a medium pan, crumble the Lamb, and stir in the seasoning. Cook until lightly brown

  2. Place meat in Tortilla and put topping on as desired.
