I am using Caulini instead of broccoli, broccolini, or cauliflower.


  1. 3 stems caulini
  2. 3 brown mushroom (sliced)
  3. 1/2 handful walnut
  4. 1 streaky bacon (chop)
  5. 1 tbsp butter
  6. 3 garlic
  7. Salt
  8. Lemon juice
  9. Water


  1. Prepare all ingredients

  2. Heat the pan, melt the butter, and put the garlic in. Followed with bacon.

  3. Add the caulini in, then add a litlle bit of water to soften the caulini. Season with salt.

  4. Next, bring the sliced mushroom in, then add the walnut. Last, squeeze a little bit of lemon juice.
