Ingredients

- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 Small Onion – Diced
- 4 Cloves Garlic – Minced
- Step 2 Ingredients
- 2 can (31 oz) Tomato Sauce
- 1 can (15.5 oz) Black Beans with Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Chili Powder
- 2 tsp. Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano Leaves
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
Steps
Add olive oil, and then ground beef, onions, and garlic. Break up the beef into small chunks. Using the “Sear/Sauté” option, brown the beef.
Add tomato sauce, beans, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir.
Cook at high pressure for 10 minutes. Vent pot according to manufacturers directions. Serve. Top with cheese, crackers, or favorite garnish if desired.
