Ingredients

  1. 2 portion cold white rice
  2. 5 shallots, thinly sliced
  3. 2 garlic, chopped
  4. 1 egg, beat
  5. Veggies, finely chopped
  6. 1 tbsp mirin
  7. 1 tbsp brown sugar
  8. 1 tbsp soysauce, just for color
  9. Salt, pepper, mushroom powder

Steps

  1. Heat oil in wok, sautee shallots and garlic

  2. Add egg, scramble. Add veggies, mix all together

  3. Add rice and all the seasonings. Done. Serve with sunny side up egg
