Ingredients

  1. 60 ml light soy sauce
  2. 2 tbsp Mirin
  3. 1.5 tbsp Chinkiang vinegar
  4. 1 tbsp fish sauce
  5. 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine or dry sherry
  6. 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  7. 1 tbsp corn starch
  8. 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
  9. 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  10. 1 tsp sugar

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients

  2. Add meat of choice and marinade for 30-60 minutes

  3. Stir fry vegetables with a tbsp of oil, and then remove from pan.

  4. Remove meat from marinade and reserve the marinade. Cook meat with 1/2 tbsp of oil. When meat is almost done, add vegetables and the rest of marinade. Stir fry until meat and marinade are safely cooked.
