Video instructions:


  1. 6 pieces Chicken thigh
  2. 1 cup sour cream
  3. 1 tbsp. Garlic powder
  4. Some Salt & pepper
  5. 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese (for mixing)
  6. 1 tsp. Paprika
  7. 4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese (for sprinkling)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix. (Except 4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese)

  3. Dip chicken thigh into the sour cream sauce; lay flat on the baking pan.

  4. Sprinkle some more Parmesan cheese onto the chicken for more taste.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until juice rungs clear.
