This takes about an hour to fix. So if you need something easy to fix, and not in too much of a hurry, this is a good one to do.

Ingredients

  1. Sauce
  2. 42 ounces your favorite sauce I used Mid's meat sauce
  3. Pasta
  4. 1 pound thin spaghetti
  5. 4 quarts water
  6. 1 tablespoons salt
  7. 1 teaspoon salt for last seasoning
  8. 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil divided
  9. Meatballs
  10. 3/4 pound ground beef
  11. 1 teaspoon granulated onion powder
  12. 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  13. 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  14. Meat
  15. 3/4 pound ground beef
  16. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  17. To taste salt
  18. Extras
  19. 1/2 cup sliced stuffed green olives
  20. To taste grated parmigiano reggiano cheese

Steps

  1. Boil the pasta with salt and 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil. Drain when done put back in pot add the rest of the oil and toss with 1 teaspoon salt

  2. Spread meat on plate, add seasonings and push into meat.

  3. Pinch of a bit to form meatballs.

  4. Fry in a pan turning as needed. You can shake a bit with lid on to turn them, letting them roll. When done set aside and drain the drippings.

  5. Season the rest of the meat with salt and pepper the same way. Brown the pan. Get the sauce and add.

  6. Stir and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the meatballs.

  7. Slice the olives and add into the sauce. Simmer covered stirring often, for 15 minutes.
