- As needed roti/ parathas
- 1 cup Chopped Chicken
- 2 teaspoon tomato sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- Salt as required
- Oil for frying
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 /2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Coriender leafs for Garnishing
- Shet of baking paper for wrapping
Take a bowl, put the chopped chicken, lemon juice, salt,ginger-garlic paste into it.Keep them aside and marinate for half an hour.
Take a frypan, put some oil and heat it with stove. Put the marinated chicken into it and fry. Put the tomato sauce, red chilli powder and sugar into it and fry untill it is 100%cooked. Now stop the stove and keep them aside. Stuffing is ready.
Take a dish.put one paratha into it. Put some stuffing on one corner of the paratha and roll it carefully with hand. Now wrap it with baking paper. Chicken wrap is ready. Make another one useing same process.Enjoy.
