  1. 1 can chickpea and 2 tbsp Of it’s water
  2. 10 pearl garlic or 1 raw garlic
  3. 1 tbsp olive oil
  4. Dash salt
  5. Dash cayenne pepper


  1. Put chickpea and it’s water, pearl garlic and olive oil and dash of salt and blend it

  2. Enjoy as it is with any biscuit, or sprinkle some cayenne pepper for spicy lover
