INGREDIENTS

  • 1mango, diced
  • 12 cuppineapple, diced
  • 12 cupred pepper, diced
  • 1plum tomato, washed, seeded and diced
  • 2green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1jalapeno pepper, seeded, ribs removed and finely diced
  • 12 teaspoonsambal oelek (to taste)
  • 2tablespoonslime juice
  • 1tablespoonlemon juice
  • 2tablespoonsparsley, chopped
  • DIRECTIONS

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well-mixed. Transfer in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve salsa over white fish, crab cakes or with tortilla chips.
