Ingredients

  1. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  2. 1 small banana
  3. 1/3 cup berries. Try having frozen berries on hand
  4. Protein powder
  5. 2 teaspoons flax seed
  6. 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  7. 1 cup spinach
  8. Ice and water

Steps

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add ice to desired coldness and thickness.
