Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 small banana
- 1/3 cup berries. Try having frozen berries on hand
- Protein powder
- 2 teaspoons flax seed
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 cup spinach
- Ice and water
Steps
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add ice to desired coldness and thickness.
