Ingredients

  1. 4 cups chicken stock
  2. 11/2 cups cooked spinach
  3. 2 cups 1/2 and 1/2
  4. 1/4 cup butter
  5. 2 tablespoons flour
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper

Steps

  1. Chop spinach add to stock press through sieve

  2. Heat in double boiler add stock and milk which have been thoroughly heated

  3. Add butter

  4. Blend all together

  5. Little whipped cream before serving

  6. Serve hot
